This was almost a bust, but your field staff took care of things faster and better than the office!
We has two areas rugs cleaned. On the day of return delivery, Darion mistakenly showed up with one of our rugs, and somebody else's rug. After he left, we called the office and were told that our rug could not be delivered until the next day. This was bad for us, as we had taken time off from work, moved al the furniture, laid down the new rug pads, and had our 2-year-old granddaughter scheduled for an over night that very night...Yikes!
Well...while we were on the phone with the office getting disappointed, a second call was coming in from an unknown number. After hanging up with the office, we got a voicemail, AND a text from that number. Turns out that Darion had called in his associate Remington, who was on the way already with OUR rug!!
Problem solved...great, responsive employees taking care of their own glitch. And, therefore, happy happy customers.
ZEROREZ came through in a major pinch and did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job with our very dirty carpeting and the invoice matched the quote. You can't ask for a better experience!
