Our carpet cleaning gentleman was very polite and thorough. He got down on his hands and knees and spot cleaned our rugs before using the machine. He even helped us get a better price when he noticed our quote was wrong. Great work!

I recently used Zerorez to clean my carpets for the first time and I am definitely a convert to that system of carpet cleaning. Like me you probably thought that the zero residue concept was kind of their gimmick, but I can tell you it is not. It really does make a difference. My carpets feel cleaner and they don't have a chemical smell that carpets can get after they are cleaned. They don't smell like anything. Jason was the technician who cleaned our carpets and he was great! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I will ask for him again.
