The staff member that provided services was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and was able to reccommend what he thought would work best for our carpets. He even took a before and after picture to show me the difference it made. Our carpets are a bit older and two big dogs live in the home so there is a lot of wear on the high traffic areas. The results were great given the condition of our carpets.

Everyone I talked to was super nice. From my first call to the guy that cleaned the carpet, they all were a pleasure to deal with.
We had a different carpet cleaning company out one year ago. When they left and after the carpets had time to dry, it looked as though the carpets had not yet been cleaned. After Zerorez came to visit, the carpets looked brand new. Thanks! I will be scheduling Zerorez again in appx 6 mos.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the cleaning. We sat down before he started and he explained the procedure and what he was about to do. He was also very detailed with the cleaning. He took his time and I must say the finish product is excellent.
