Sedrick, my technician, was first class all the way. Very professional and was very attentive to several problem areas. Having three boys and an old dog is a poor combination on carpet. Sedrick was able to buy me some time and spring life back into the carpet. This should keep me from having to purchase new carpet for awhile.

Everyone I dealt with at Zerorez was so nice from the person that booked my appointment to the person that called to remind me and the gentlemen that came to clean the carpet were awesome! We were the last appointment of the day and you would have thought we were the first because they were just so nice and upbeat it was enjoyable talking with them.
The only negative thing I can say is the cost of the pet treatment we had ended up costing more than the$119 3 room special we originally asked for so would like to see the cost of that reduced a little.

I liked how professional Charlie was. He explained everything he was going to do. I also liked how he put the corner protectors up and used a runner to protect my floor. The tarp cover over my front door was nice addition as well.

Promptly arrived, walked through options for the rooms being cleaned... service was fast, carpets dried overnight and the room smells fresh and new!
They came in and explained everything to us no pressure at all. They did a great job very neat and respectful of our house and furniture.
Charlie was wonderful! When he showed up I was still rushing around trying to finish vacuuming behind the couch for him and kept apologizing and he was very patient and kind. He explained everything to me very clearly and made sure my bill was explained to me multiple times before he ran my card. Customer service was perfect from start to finish. My carpet looks fabulous. It is about 8 years old and I was worried it might not turn out as I had hoped. It turned out better than I could have imagined!
I didn't like that the guy telling me about the pet protection you have and I kept telling him no I did not want it. He kept bugging me about it and I was getting rather mad because he would not back down. I don't like that!!
