Everything was so easy with Zerorez! Scheduling was quick, I received plenty of communication leading up to my appointment and the man that cleaned our carpeting was so professional! I was shocked at how clean the carpets got! I expected to get some of the stains out that were in the carpet, but your products got them looking brand new!
My carpets are clean and the spots are almost all gone. I am thrilled with the results. Cedric was amazing. He is kind, caring, and very polite. I would like him to come back this Summer. I will add a few more services such as stain removal, which I did not use this time. Thank you so much

This was my first experience using ZeroRez, and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Charlie, our service provider, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to differing areas that needed invasive treatment and aftercare products as well. The process was simple, clean, dried quickly and produced like-new results on all my patterned carpet (which had horrible traffic marks). Prices were great, service was wonderful.
Everything! No air came in the house,my dogs were safe. No worries about them getting out tbe door. You protect me stair case. My house smells so clean and fresh. Carpet DRIED FASTER than you said it would. I love the fact that there is no residue on my carpet. I will brag to all my friends. We are having friends over for super bowl in my nice clean basement.
