I love the fact that no harsh chemicals were used and the carpet dried very quickly. No bad odors, just a nice fresh scent of orange citrus that dissipated very quickly! Will definitely use again!
Exceptional and impressive customer service! Technician was Sedrick. He explained everything he was doing and I am totally "WOW'd" with the results. My expectations were high and Sedrick exceeded them. I have wood floors and both upholstered furniture and carpeted stairs were cleaned. They look and feel completely new.

My carpet looks brand new! My house smells amazingly fresh, and the whole effort of cleaning 3 rooms took all of 45 minutes. I am so impressed with the technology and the use of water as the means to perfectly clean the carpet. Your technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Remmington did a super job explaining the process, taking care of the equipment and being respectful of our home. place looks great! about the only thing I could suggest adding is a reassurance that if the carpet loosens up or becomes wavy...no alarm. It will dry back in place. the family room room surfaced some crazy ripples...that did go away during the night. its a large room and I suspect prone to this happening.

We just moved into this house and I have no idea when these carpets were placed, but they appeared very old, dingy, and some areas of smelling in the basement. The whole house smells fresh after cleaning. They look close to brand new. Cedric did an amazing job and we will continue to request him for future cleanings.
