The service was quick and thorough. The carpet and upholstery looked great and the price was very reasonable. We had one problem though. The service truck left a rather large oil leak in our driveway that my husband had to clean. He used Dawn dish detergent and a scrubber and got it out. I wasn’t happy about that part and of course, we didn’t notice it until after the worker had driven away. This is no fault of the worker, I’m sure he had no way of knowing. I just thought it ironic that we paid for carpet and upholstery cleaning and then had to spen half an hour cleaning our driveway afterwards. Not too happy about that. Next time I plan to have the worker pull the van forwardcand if there’s an oil leak I expect him to scrub it clean right then and there!!!!!!

I like the cleaning with no chemicals. I just wish there was a way to tell if you needed something to help with pet odor. I haven’t seen anyplace that looks like an accident could have happened and the gentleman who did the service couldn’t see anything either but the carpet has to be wet to smell and I have an awful sense of smell so I can’t tell.
