The technician was very honest with me about the condition of my carpets and what it would take to get them clean. My upholstery was in great need of cleaning and he did everything he could to make it look very clean. The drying time for my upholstery was reasonable.

I have severe chemical allergies, as well as dust and pollen, and Zerorez makes our carpeting smell better than new because the "new" smell is gone, so it simply smells clean! Our techs are always Incredibly courteous, professional, and super nice (we've had 2, with 3 cleanings). The process is quick and very thorough, and seriously made the 3 yr. old carpet look like new! We LOVE Zerorez!!!
