Cortez did an awsome job! He went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to making sure all ducts were 100% clean and confirming with me that each duct was clean thru the process with pictures and videos. I have complete piece of mind now knowing that any and all contaminants in the system are gone. Thank you Cortez, for making this a very good experience for me and tolerating all my questions along the way and still keeping a great attitude!
The admin/scheduling office did very well also in regards to pre-notifications, keeping me informed, and pre-prep directions/expectations of the work coming up on the agreed upon date. Great job by all!!

This is the second time we used Zerorez. First for carpets, a few years ago, and now for air ducts. I was hesitant to have this cleaning. Is it a waste of time and money? Will it make a difference for air quality and my allergies? I had researched for two years and also received feedback from people who have had this completed, who are HVAC experts in the field, and through multiple scientists with backgrounds in biologics/biopharma, environmental, and immunology.
So, we proceeded with it. It couldn't hurt and the potential benefits outweighed the non-benefits.
After almost 2 weeks, we've noticed a difference with improved air quality, less dust, and better smell (less "old house"). Our service tech was very professional, timely, supportive, a great communicator, and left our house clean. There were two upsell options. We purchased one. No pressure.
He shared his findings, video results (WHOA!!!), and made recommendations for future maintenance.
Our home is 58 years old, so we had no idea what was to come with the cleaning. We now feel safer and cleaner. We have a miraculously clean dryer vent, which we already clean 2x per year (apparently not well enough). We also have video evidence of the entire vent cleaning and have experienced better air quality and visibly less dust. 100% worth it! We will come back in a few years!
