Your personnel are polite and well trained. You take extra care with walls and furniture to not compromise or scratch or leave extra water drips. I like the pre-walk through to look at problem areas, spots, answer questions, etc. The results are good, and not perfect, but I don't expect perfect with 15-20 year old carpeting!
On the most recent visit, the truck had a problem. The crew had to leave and come back with a different truck. The trainee estimated it would be one hour before the return. However, it was 3.25 hours before return. Management level personnel might have foreseen that a phone call back to the customer about the delay should be placed --- the return was well past the original window cited for the job. Also, management might have offered some sort of future coupon or a small discount for the inconvenience of the customer having to wait upon the return and potentially having to have changed other plans in order to get the job finished same day. Thank you! I say "management" because I think it's more on the upper level leadership of the company to have those procedures in place when a problem arises, not the cleaning crew responsibility.
Very professional and shows up on time
Very pleased for the first time. The Young Man was very polite and addressed all of my issues on my carpet. He was very efficient and left my home with no clean up afterwards. Only disappointment was not being able to get out one stain which I knew would be difficult. I believe the stain had been there for a while and was some type of chocolate milk.
My carpets feel very clean and soft. Usually when I get a a traditional carpet cleaning the carpet usually feels like there is still soap or chemical on them.
Yhe service was very efficient and thorough. the workers were professional and showed me the results of the cleaning. Great value for the price.

The cleaners were so kind and they did an amazing job. My only issue is that some of the stains looked to be removed at first only to reappear later on after the carpet was dry. I asked a neighbor that used your service said that was their only issue as well. If it wasnt for that
