Derian called a half hour before arriving on time at 10:00am as I was told that he would do! He then came in and assessed my carpets, and explained what needed to be done, and how he was going to do it, and where he was going to start, and where he would end up. He was very professional, and very clear and courteous to me the whole time and very patient with me as I asked any questions! I will recommend Zerorez to anyone I know needing any carpet cleaning! Reasonably priced for the services performed. Service Technicians explained the process thoroughly and showed before and after video of the duct cleaning. Service Team was very professional.

Furniture cleaning: brought new life into the Furniture. Dried cleanly and quickly.
Duct cleaning: they restored everything to as found and got every duct and vent, even the ones I forgot to point out.
Overall: liked the level of communication. One reminder email, and the phone call when they were on the way.
Also, for the add ons: the protectant for the Furniture, and the extra vents for the duct cleaning, they applied the discount rate that I had booked with.
The customer service was so nice and Thankyou all you did a great job on my rugs!
