This year we are especially grateful to Zerorez for accommodating our special request for "sudden service" within a tight time frame. At the end of a long hot day, Cody was cheerful and professional - even after cleaning our three first-floor rooms, two flights of stairs, and a third-floor attic room. Cody made it look easy, but we know all that carpet took EFFORT!

Your technician was wonderful!! I was not home but my wife could not speak any higher of him than an 11. He was extremely polite, very professional and in general she said it was the best experience she ever had with someone coming to our home to do ANY job. If all your employees are as nice and thorough as this young man was, you have a tremendous company.

My husband and I used Zerorez three years ago when we first bought our house. The service was nice and professional, but we didn’t see much of a difference after the cleaning. We thought maybe the carpet was beyond restoring. When it came time to do our carpets again I almost went with someone else just to see if another business would have more luck with the carpeting we inherited from the previous owners. We have had zerorez out twice this week for 2 different services. I can't get over how honest, polite and respectful they were. They give you so much information about the service you are doing and let you know what they feel is best for your house. They give you all the information so you can make the big decisions. This is the 4th time we have used this company and I have referred them to many people over the years.

We have had Zerorez out to clean our carpeting and furniture for several years. They are always prompt, respectful, and friendly. They keep us advised as to when our appointment is scheduled and when they are on their way. Their work is top-notch. After they finish, our carpets smell fresh and look like new. Drying time is minimal. They leave no residue or mess behind. I can't recommend them enough!!!
