We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning multiple times now. We don't even think twice about using anyone else. I love that the carpets are able to be walked on so quickly after cleaning. Even when you do, if there is the slightest dampness left, you don't feel gross cleaning solution or anything sticking to your feet. The staff are always so nice and pleasant. We always have a spot or 2 that are specific concerns and they tell us exactly what we need to get it taken care of and it always works. There is no smell left behind at all. We usually set out several box fans to help speed up the drying process but it really does dry fast. Its wonderful that the staff are willing/able to handle furniture so you're not moving things from room to room.

Good results and fast drying
Staff is professional and thoroughly explains all costs and the process involved to completely remove dog urine from the carpet and pad. Staff takes their time cleaning the carpet and it comes out much cleaner.
Zerorez team leader Cortez, and colleague, Tyree did fantastic duct cleaning work on our 71 yr. old home which had not been cleaned in many years. They took the necessary time needed with their variety of options, to thoroughly clean, disinfect and double-check their work with us, as well as with video and photo proofs they send to their customers. We highly recommend them, as they were referred to us by a trusted HVAC company, and will definitely ask them to return in the future, for other offered services. Breathe easy with this company!
