Very friendly and professional gentleman who cleaned our carpet
ZEROREZ was quick and professional. When they arrived they introduced the self and explained the process. I was very satisfied with process and the cleanliness. Before they arrived the carpet would leave people feet looking dirty. After they left, the house smelt great and everyone's feet stayed clean.
I can't remember they guys name but he was great. Super nice.

The technician that cleaned my vents was very professional and I appreciated that he was not pushy on getting us to add carpet cleaning to our service he did offer and give prices for it to be done but after we declined he did not continue to offer which I greatly appreciate
Cedric was so professional and personal...I even got my neighbor across the hall to have her carpets cleaned after mine were. I love the soft feel of the carpet, the clean smell and the way the carpet looked. I will certainly use Zerorez agin!
The two service techs, Cortez and Ladarius, did a fantastic job. They were very thorough, fast, and kind. I would happily recommend Zerorez for both carpet and duct cleaning.
