I was able to make an appointment within 2 days of calling, the process was very clearly explained to me, and Zerorez and the technician called me on the day of to give me a better idea of ETA. Everything worked very smoothly! The technician was very clear about what he needed and made sure the air duct cleaning ran in a timely fashion. I had ducts cleaned in my duplex and both apartments were cleaned simultaneously. Zerorez was also able to give me fair pricing with a discount as I was having both units cleaned at the same time.
