Everyone is Great!

My first visit. So far I am pleased with services. Received a phone call to check in on my dog after our initial meet and greet stay. Staff are nice and friendly. Received a “report card” on how he did during the day. That was nice. My first impression is positive. Looking forward to the next steps in the process before actual boarding stay. Our dogs love running into Dogtopia! The staff is very nice and caring. I really enjoy watching them on the camera while they are playing.

Dogtopia exceeded expectations while watching our little doggy Snoop. My fiancé went into labor Tuesday night. I dropped of snoop early Wednesday morning. After 80 hours of labor we welcomed our little daughter into the world. My fiancé had to stay in the hospital for an additional 4 days. Dogtopia accommodated our ever changing situation and keep snoop for the full extend of my fiancé’s delivery process. They even provided extra food for snoop for the extra unplanned days. They sent pictures and videos of our little pup playing with his puppy friends. To top it off, when I picked him up, they gave our newborn daughter the cutest little onesie that read “my BFF has for legs”. Soooooo cute and unexpected. Thank you! You made this very stressful and important event super easy for us in taking care of our pup.

Staff is very friendly. Booking is easy and I like that there is an app and i can access the Webcams to check up on my pup. The location is also very convenient to where I live. The hours are convenient as well.

Love the attention they give my dog and how friendly everyone is. It's so comforting to know your leaving your dog with great people to care for them. Communication from the front office is wonderful.

The staff is very supportive and understanding of my dog who took a long time to warm up to daycare. I like the special events they regularly have and I also like the webcam.

Our girl Ivy is always happy and excited to get to doggy daycare. As we get closer on the car ride she gets so excited and she’s running in the door. There’s always fun events and love that there are webcams for us to see her. She always looks like she’s having a great time.

How friendly everyone is and you can feel the love they have towards dogs. Bonus was for the short amount of time Jack spent there, he slept all the way home!

Mika who is my dog’s groomer is the best groomer I ever had. She is so kind and caring about my dog. She has slot of patience with my puppy. Most of all she has a big heart!!

The entire staff at Dogtopia of Miramar are the most exceptional and caring individuals! They really love what they do and my puppy is always safe. I always feel great taking my puppy there for daycare several times a week, and an occasional weekend of boarding. My puppy also enjoys the experience and always comes home happy. Would highly recommend!!

The staff was terrific. They really tried to engage our puppy. Everyone was so nice and very helpful.

I was so happy to have found Dogtopia in Miramar for my Anabel! She had never been in a group situation like this but I'm glad she became one of the pack! Looking forward to more days there.

You cheerfully work with our high-maintenance dog and always have a good report for us. You keep us informed about how things are going and return our dog to us tired, happy, & clean.

We bring our big golden doodle, Bogey Bear, for grooming here. Mika grooms him and does an excellent job. Love her!

I really like your staff and facilities. Amazing that people recognize my dog or me when we come (we aren’t daily clients but it feels like family when we return). Curbside pickup/drop off is great. My dog must get his playing in because he snores in my lap all the way home!

You are close to where I work. I can watch my pups on the webcam. Everyone is friendly and loves dogs.
