The staff is caring and helpful! My dog felt comfortable in a new environment.

From the moment Phoenix opens the door to Dogtopia, she is greeted with open arms by the staff. They are exceptionally good at dealing with my wacky schedule l, and are always happy to see me and Phoenix. I really can’t recommend them enough. I love all the staff, and they are professional while being approachable. Whenever I am driving down Eastgate, Phoenix is up, wagging her tail and sooooo excited for the day to come. Can’t say enough good things! And I like the cameras- very, very important so people can see their little partner throughout the day. Oh! And the report cards are so well thought out, and the darling valentines/Marci gras, etc. is just fabulous! We love it!

I love that I know my dog is safe and having fun. He gets so excited as we drive up to Dogtopia that he sqeals the whole way down the road once he recognizes where we're going.

Staff has been very professional and lovely to speak or email with, and Remi's meet and greet (plus play day) went really well. Loved the photo and report card. He was one happy pup when I picked him up, and my neighbor who referred me, loves taking her pup there each week.

My Dogs life has changed since he has been going to Dogatopia. He was a rescue dog with anxiety and little experience with people. Since playing with the other dogs and interacting with the wonderful staff there, he has grown so much. Anxiety around people is absent even being excited to see the people at Dogatopia. He now has learned to play like a dog should.
Highly recommend.

The employees were all super friendly and sweet to my nervous doggie. I liked that there were a few dogs in the room instead of a lot of dogs so they had more space

I love all of the special touches that come with your services… Especially the report card, the photo, and the fell day webcam access so that we can peek in on our fur baby and see him having the time of his life :)

The groomer called to ask exactly what I was looking for. She was very thorough and took her time because she knew that my dog may experience stress (he hadn't been to the groomer in many years). She did a great job!

I appreciate the personalized service that I receive from the staff at Dogtopia Miramar. I am also grateful for the full services that you provide to busy dog parents with onsite grooming, and mobile pet vaccinations.

Employees are very attentive, and provide an excellent service. The installation is very clean and with lots of activities. We feel our dogs are very welcome.

The genuine caring from the staff. Their interaction with us & our dog was very reassuring. They took great care of our Lucy. The daily texts with pictures was great! The webcam is a fantastic service. Would highly recommend this place!

Everyone is very friendly and even though my doggie only visits once a week, most of the employees recognize her and greet her by name!

They have monthly activities for them and I really like the fact that there is a webcam.
