My German Shepherd is treated with lots of love and care, he always comes home happy and relaxed. The groomers do an amazing job at handling him, other places were intimidated by his large size and the experience was never pleasant. I'm glad to have found Dogtopia. Everyone was very upbeat, friendly and responsive. At first, we were a bit worried because this was the first time Teddy had been away from his family in months! I checked in to see how he was the first couple days. I was so impressed my calls were returned so quickly (if it wasn't answered right away)! It was clear he was happy, got lots of scratches and love. It was fun to see him play with his new friends on the Nest camera too. We will definitely be back!

The staff members seemed super attentive and nice to the dogs! When our pup came home he was pooped and slept really well. I also love that they offer newcomers a buy-one-get-3 daycare deal, that will allow ours to get used to the facility and probably make some friends!

An employee sent me pictures of my dog to let me know she was doing well. That made a huge difference! We also were provided with a complimentary bath. When we picked our pup up, she was all clean!

We recently rescued a little dog. He was pretty anxious and the pandemic made it difficult to expose him to other dogs or friends while on walks. So, we decided Dogtopia would be a safe place for him to socialize and learn how to play with other dogs. We have been taking him for the last couple of months and the change has been dramatic! He is much better on walks, appears less anxious in general, and loves going Dogtopia (as evidence by how he jumps out of the car to get inside). We are so grateful for Dogtopia and would recommend them wholeheartedly. They have excellent service and I'm never worried about dropping him off for the day.

The staff truly cares about their customers and go out of their way to make both the dogs and their pet parents are comfortable while their dogs are there!

Every time my family and I bring our dogs in for grooming it’s a great experience. Mika is amazing with all of our dogs and has been for years. Rest of the staff is so kind and helpful. It’s an all around great experience each time we are there.
