We love the care and effort put into all of the little details at Dogtopia, especially the events and fun activities that change throughout the months.

Our dog is timid and anxious. We were nervous about leaving her. We watched her on the video and she was happy and comfortable the whole time. When we came to pick her up she was calm and happy.

Dogtopia Miramar employees are the best! It has been a safe experience with what is going on with COVID-19. My dog loves going there and knows which mornings he is going because of the lunch I pack for him. I ask him if he wants to see his "friends" and play. He is so excited going to the front door and being greeted by the staff. They are caring, careful and observant on the various dogs in the room.
I guess most importantly, my dog comes home tired and happy!

I love knowing my dog is safe and entertained. She gets socialization and it's a day brushing can do my own thing without worrying about her.

There was a miscommunication the last time I boarded my dog, so I wasn't able to pick him up at the agreed-upon time. Dogtopia ended up being closed, and I worried that I didn't pack enough food for my dog. However, as soon as an employee arrived on-site they called me, reassured me that if I was unable to come get my dog they would provide food for him, and worked with me so that I could pick him up later than expected. They did not charge me for the unplanned second day of daycare, and they even gave me a free tshirt. I am very grateful to the employees of Dogtopia for making the care of my dog their first priority, and for taking responsibility for the miscommunication. I will continue to always choose them for my boarding/daycare needs!!

The groomer did an excellent job. She was ver considerate and gentle with my Dog. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very nice at our Meet & Greet. Giving feed back and you can tell they watch the dogs carefully. We are Looking forward on starting our daycare services. :-)

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I also really like the webcams so I can see what my Coco is up to throughout the day. Because of this and the awesome staff, I always feel comfortable leaving her for the day or for a few nights.
