You separate dogs by energy level. You have a trained canine coach in there with them at all times monitoring play. Besides take care you offer boarding and grooming

Flexibility about scheduling has been very helpful to us over the pandemic.
Two things that bring my rating down:
* the price is very high! The nightly fee I understand but we paid over $80 more for about 3 hours past the 48 hours we paid for the 2 nights of boarding. That seemed as if there should be another pricing plan or a window of time for pick up past the 24 hours for boarding. OR clear disclosure of when that extra daycare click turns on, so we can be better prepared.
* my husband was very disappointed not to get a report card about their stay. We always learn how they behaved in the past so we have come to expect this as part of your service. Kirby has been short—tempered since being attacked by 3 large dogs back in May and knowing how he did would have been helpful. On that note, we got an adorable “back to school” photo of Jambi but nothing on Kirby. That was very disappointing.
So I am leaving your rating at a 9 but the more I think about it, it was more like a 7.
I “loved” the supervisor there! I did not get her name but she has long hair and she owns a white shepherd-like dog that was in the front of the store. Everyone who came out just automatically said my dog’s name with adoration and love. Phoenix was given a “report card” on her first visit, and the staff treated her as though she was the best in the house (which I am sure that they do with everyone). Phoenix even brought out a woman from the back that just wanted to love on her more! I want to compliment the entire staff for answering my questions and booking her for more appointments. The supervisor was training someone and she did this while answering my questions seamlessly. All in all, a fabulous experience! Phoenix says, with her tail wagging, thank you very much!

Easy to get a spot reserved and the camera is a big perk. Also like your hours. Makes it very convenient for those of us that work long days and can’t wait to drop our dogs off at 8am or early pick ups...thanks
