My dog received a great shampoo,haircut...the works!
The groomer did exactly what I asked,was friendly and very sweet with my dog.

Quick appointments on the phone and on time appointments when I get there. I'm usually the one who arrives a few minutes late. My dog's grooming have been perfect and they ask, each and every time, whether it was satisfactory before I leave the store.
Amanda is a wonderful staff member and greets my dog as we enter by name.
Brianna does a great grooming job. We've been customers for a few months now.
Only disadvantage is the traffic in the area at rush hour. It's not only hard to get out of
the lot, many cars park along the street making it hard to see as you drive out.

My boyfriend and I are new to the area. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I thought I'd check out a few dog groomers. Look no further! Brianna at Dogtopia was fantastic! My dog, Annie, is a female Australian shepherd who dreads getting bathed. Ordinarily, she gets anxious and defensive when there are several dogs at the same groomer (in crates) especially if they bark. What I loved about Dogtopia: (1) I was able to book an appointment two days after I called, (2) they only take one dog at a time, so there is no crowding, (3) when we arrived, the environment was calm and welcoming, (4) when we picked her up, Annie's hair was exactly how I wanted it and she was happy, and (5) the price ($65) was more than reasonable. They kindly let me know that Annie had several ticks on her from our frequent hikes in Los Peñasquitos Canyon - all the more reason to bring her to Dogtopia more often (and to get a better tick preventative). One thing I did notice is that because Annie's hair was cut so short (like I requested), there were rash marks on her belly, inner thighs and near her tail for a few days, although that did not seem to bother her. Next time, I will ask for slightly longer hair cut. Overall great experience! We will definitely be coming back.

We love that our pup has the opportunity to engage with his friends all day long and is well cared for throughout the day. We also really appreciate the pictures and all of the special events that Dogtopia does for the pups. :)

Our dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. In fact "Dogtopia" is part of her vocabulary now, with an excited response on a par with "walkies" and "rabbit". The owners and staff are extremely genuine, friendly, and welcoming to us and our dog. After even a few weeks we were pleased to see her show increased social skills with other dogs outside of Dogtopia. Wish this Dogtopia was open years ago!

The staff was excellent. I felt very comfortable bringing my dog to them since they seemed to really enjoy dogs! I loved the open room to play with all the dogs and sleeping in cages next to other dogs so no one ever felt alone. I felt it was an excellent environment!!

I like that my dog and our family are treated like family as opposed to "clients". Everyone there knows my dog and his personality. I like that when I take him there for either day care or boarding, I'm comfortable the there is someone there that really cares about my dog.
