The sauna was great, service was awesome. The only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10 is because I think it’s a bit pricey for this type of a service as it rivals monthly gym memberships in comparison.

The app make sit really easy to book appointments, and Pho is excellent for customer service, suite is ready for you when you arrive.

The solitude - for 45 minutes it’s you and the glorious heat. It’s the relaxing where you can forget about everything else. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is kept neat and clean .

Hi there, love the space but the unit I was in (room 5) the sauna door didnt close quite right. Looked like just some wear and tear. Might need to be adjusted since my temp couldn't quite make it to 170 unfortunately

The whole experience is wonderful. Front desk staff are kind + thoughtful, the accommodations in each room are perfect (love that my preferences were set and waiting for me!) I wish I could visit every day. I truly feel refreshed and recharged after each visit. Thank you!

EVERYTHING! first, the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone is so awesome. They are part of the reason I love the studio. They make me feel so comfortable. I hope they are taken care of WELL. The only thing I would like more of is towels. I'd like at least one more
