The atmosphere the studio has created helps one to focus in on living in the moment so their customers can experience ultimate deep relaxation during their sessions. These sessions also provide much needed therapeutic relief on a physical level.

Me and my Husband had an amazing experience. From the greeting as soon as we came in the door until leaving. Super clean facility, great instruction as it was our first time going and a truly relaxing experience. Loved the TV and how Perspire has options for showers in the room. A cold shower afterwards felt so refreshing. Thank you again!

Clean. Professional. Welcoming. Had a luxurious feel in my neighborhood. Elevates the area. Relaxing while feeling like a get away and personally focused. I was in, readies, relaxing, entertained, then out. Back to work but in a better mind set. Will return when I need recentering.

Perspire Sauna Studio – Lake Pleasant, AZ

Such a great experience at this location. The front office assistants and staff were super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — the kind of customer service that’s honestly rare these days. This is easily the best Perspire experience I’ve had. Highly recommend the Lake Pleasant studio.

What can I say? I go there 7 days a week and relish it as part of my day. Perspire has a really good staff. In fact, they are the main reason I go there. They make me feel welcome and at ease. The studio is very clean. The snow showers after the sauna is very invigorating.
