The staff is absolutely amazing and they will love your child like their own. I love that I can check in through the cameras to still feel apart of my child’s day while I work, it gives me a peace of mind!
We have had such a wonderful experience with Lightbridge Academy! The teachers are phenomenal and have created a warm, safe, and engaging environment. We appreciate the curriculum and the frequent updates that let us feel connected to our child's day.
The infant and mobile rooms are top notch!! Could not have a better experience in those rooms. The toddler rooms have had their challenges but my son loves it and is starting to learn more each day! It takes a lot to keep him entertained and his teachers do just that! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and I love the staff!
-Consider adding a few more varied activities on calendar to further enhance teacher, student, and family engagement
-When possible, carrying out the events and activities listed on the school calendar.(i.e there was no cupcake decorating for Dr Suess’s birthday as promised. Also, lack of participation for themed days)
-Continued support for teachers by providing the tools and materials they need can help them successfully plan and implement enriching activities.
-Encouraging staff to limit personal cell phone use while supervising children can help ensure full attention remains on the children’s safety, care, and interaction
We really like all the extracurriculars such as yoga, dance, music, & amazing athletes being offered. Think that is a great way for our daughter to get exposed to a variety of activities. The daily theme really seems to engage the kids. Thanks to the daily report we are able to continue the learning when she comes home, either with reading the same book at night or playing with toys she has at home that connect to the same theme. She really lights up because the topic is familiar from earlier in the day.
Teachers are very friendly and child really enjoys them. I like that they communicate parties or event ahead of time so I can prepare accordingly.
The things that I like about your program is
1) Great communication between the teachers (Deija and Jada) and parents.
2) Pre- K curriculum
3)Taking well the feedback. Ms. Deija, Ms. Jada, Ms. Kalan, and Ms. Ariana always taking my concerns and suggestions into consideration and treat the feedback as a problem to solve.

We love Lightbridge and all of our teachers in young infants, especially Ms. Anthia, Ms. Megan, Ms. Isabella, and Ms. Ms. Alayna! My girl loves all the activities they do and the care they give to make her smile everyday helps me be away from her at work. Thank you ladies for all of the updates!

We are overall happy with our experience.
We have been at Lightbridge for less than a year and are already on our third program director which is concerning. I really liked the last director, Mrs. Rachel and actually recommended Lightbridge to our neighbor who joined. Seeing her leave so abruptly was unsettling. There have also been a lot of different teachers in my daughter’s classroom. Overall she seems to be safe but I do worry about the leadership/upper management and how they may or may NOT be supporting the staff.
Education
All the communication involving what my child is learning in school each week.
Joyce, Julian, Miss Telichia, Miss Abby and Miss Olga were fantastic. Would highly recommend Lightbridge to other families in the area.
Every week there was a theme and really helped to stretch my child's brain and helped him interact with everyone.
Joyce and the teachers helped to create a family focused environment where I was able to meet and befriend many of the parents leading to having play dates outside of day care.
The WatchMeGrow app and indoor play area were both underrated and recommend to promote those more as most day cares do not have it.
Really do want to thank everyone at Lightbridge as my family had a great time!
Overall, the daycare could improve by paying more attention to details. There also seems to be a high turnover of teachers, and greater consistency in staff would be beneficial for the children. Additionally, communication could be improved—especially through messaging—with faster responses to parents’ questions and updates.
The teachers and the staff are extremely lovely. My sun is very happy and is having a great development. They are always ready to help and to listen,

How much it has help my child speak

I cannot speak more highly of this team. It has been a challenging two weeks for our family with a new job transition and every member of this team has helped my son in one way or another. From just stopping in the multipurpose room to play tag, to giving a mom hug when he was sad, to keeping clear communication about behavior changes, we couldnt have asked for more. They truly are an amazing team and we couldn't be more thankful for all of them. I wouldn't send him anywhere else.
He’s had very good teachers and they do a lot of great educational crafts, games, and activities with him. The location in the shopping center is very convenient. They are very good at communicating via the app and they will send us photos of him having fun. I can tell they care about my son a lot.
The only downside is we have seen a lot of staff turnover, from management down to the teachers. He does have some teachers who have stayed.
They are nice
We’ve had a great experience with Lightbridge. The facility is always very clean, the daily structure is wonderful for the kids, and the teachers are caring and attentive. We also love the live feed—it gives us peace of mind and the ability to check in during the day. We feel very lucky to have found this place for our kids!
We love how welcoming everyone is in the Lightbridge community! We love the different themed weeks and the different criteria learned each week. Our daughter is thriving!

Sanya is an outstanding director who genuinely values parent input and takes the time to listen. She works collaboratively with families to ensure successful growth of children. Her dedication and professionalism are a wonderful strength to the daycare.
Child has been sick nonstop since starting, which I understand is daycare life, but would like "air doctors" in each classroom. Also, temperature in the rooms are very hot, which doesn't help prevent sickness.
I wish the summer program had more water play than just the sprinkler

We love Lawrenceville Lightbridge Academy. All the teaches and faculty are amazing. Special thanks to Ms Joy Sten and Ms Margarita who is my son’s current teachers.. you both are very passionate and kind. You know very well how to attract kids and calm them when they are upset.
Today I came to pick up my son and he is not ready to come back with me…so waiting in car to let him play some more time..😃
