The communication is top tier. I never have to wonder what my child is doing and I know exactly where he is (even within the facility) at any given moment. I love seeing the photos and the description of the centers. It helps us parents ask better questions instead of asking, what did you do today.
The facility is always very clean, love the cameras in all rooms and every teacher has been so kind!
The teacher's here have helped create a sense of safety in emotional support and that teachers are there for the kids. My daughter has flourished so much in learning to write letters, adding a lot of vocabulary words and saying so many sentences that give her the confidence to say how she feels. By coming here she has used her voice to say what she needs, learning to help calm her body down, and expressed her feelings when calm and understanding what happened. Also, they are supportive with parents and it's a peaceful place to come to.
Love the facilities - always clean and welcoming! The staff and teachers are all very happy to be there and genuinely care for your child. We switched daycares just to follow Ms. Hannah who is a gem! 💎
We wish the teachers were warmer or more excited at pick up and drop off. We want them to be happy to be at work! We appreciate the structure and cleanliness. We love the camera and updates through the day. We wish we got a few more pictures (but we understand the challenge of this, too).
My biggest recommendation would be to include extracurricular activities and meals into tuition.

Everything was wonderful at lightbridge, amazing staff and environment. We loved the flexible hours for our schedule.
(1) Larger stroller room, more space for storage. Also allow storage of scooters, since many kids "walk" to school.
(2) Better treatment of teachers. Our child had awesome teachers, I don't understand why they aren't being treated better./
We’ve had a very positive experience with Lightbridge Academy in Edison. The teachers are caring, patient, and attentive to the children’s needs. I really appreciate the communication with parents and being able to see how my child is doing throughout the day.
My child has become more comfortable and happy at school, which is very important to me as a parent. The staff has been welcoming and supportive, and I’m grateful for the care they provide.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Lightbridge Academy to other parents looking for a safe and caring environment for their children
Hire more staff with less turnover. If you can't keep enough staff to watch the children you currently have enrolled then stop admitting new students in. I pay too much money for the way this new school year transition was mishandled.

Abusing my daughter. Nothing you can do! I removed her from the program. The staff is trash. Maybe try actually teaching the kids instead of abusing. By this I mean the 1 -3 year old classrooms. It needs not structure while letting kids be kids.
The staff is personable and friendly and communicative. I question the amount of education that is tied to the video screens and the always in nature of the screens.
Your admin team and staff. I do wish there were more non dairy options with the school lunch.
Teachers and Admin staff are always available and approachable. We feel that they truly care for our son. We like all the fun things they plan for the kids every month and the curriculum stood out to us compared to other facilities we toured.
Lightbridge cost way over shoots the value they provide. The teachers are consistently poor quality. The food is terrible, you are constantly just looking to make money versus provide quality school.
I like how kind and caring the staff is with my children. They make drop offs extremely easy.
The flexibility of the schedule is also a huge plus.

Myself and my boys had such a wonderful experience with Lightbridge Academy in Sayreville! From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring—not only toward my twins, but toward me as well. As a parent, it means so much to know that your children are in an environment where they are genuinely cared for and treated with love, patience, and kindness.

My son absolutely loves going to school and looks forward to seeing his classmates and teachers every day. He has been attending the South Brunswick location since he was just three months old, and I am so proud that he will be graduating from Pre-K 4 this year!
If I could, I would keep my son at this school all the way through 12th grade. The entire staff is incredibly caring, supportive, and dedicated to the children, and the curriculum is truly exceptional.
At just four years old, my son can multiply, add, and subtract, and he has learned so much about the solar system and the world around him. His growth, both academically and personally, has been amazing to watch.

Clean establishment, super friendly teachers who genuinely care about our kids, very nice office staff! We are in the mobile infant room and we love the teachers all so far!!
I have to say that the difference from the last time I took this survey to now is like night & day.

•My son is excited to go to school in the morning, and when I pick him up he is happy and I can see that he is enjoying his time there

You feel that they care about your child’s wellbeing even with all the that’s going on at the school they make it a point to address your concerns and you see the difference pay off in the way your child talks about school.
