I can’t say enough great things about the staff and teachers. They truly care for my daughter and always make her feel safe, loved, and welcomed. Her teachers are so attentive, patient, and nurturing, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do.
Since starting here, my daughter has grown and improved so much. She looks forward to seeing her teachers every single day, and that gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. Knowing she’s in such caring hands means the world to me. I’m so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a loving and supportive environment.
I’ve been disappointed with the leadership experience at the Elmsford center. It’s a place I used to recommend often to friends, but over time I’ve found myself less confident doing so. While some leaders, such as Ranisha, are truly exceptional, I haven’t always felt the same level of engagement or commitment across the broader leadership team to the quality of care and experience that families expect and deserve.
That said, I know there are many dedicated individuals at the center, and I remain hopeful that continued focus on leadership, communication, and accountability will help strengthen the experience for families and restore the confidence that made this center stand out in the past.
I love that they love my baby! My son has seen two classes at the school so far, and every teacher who he had truly mad a difference in the baby I have. He hated school prior to coming here and it has made a world of difference finding a team who can love, encourage and support him. I saw improvements in his potty training (almost instantly btw) and his mood with Ms. Ruth and Ms. Kelly. When he moved to the Blue Horses classroom, I was scared and he immediately fell in love with his new teacher there. Gerri and Juana have truly made a difference in that school, and it’s one I truly appreciate.
For the past 2 1/2 years, this daycare has been such an incredible blessing for our family. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have created a loving, safe, and nurturing environment where both of my children have truly flourished. Watching them grow over the years has been amazing. They have learned so much! not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. Every day they've been encouraged to explore, develop kindness, and become more independent. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about each child and pour so much love, patience, and dedication into what they do. Thank you to everyone for loving our children as if they were your own and for helping shape them into the wonderful little people they are becoming. We will always be thankful for these past 2 1/2 years and highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their children will truly thrive!
Our son has attended LightBridge Wyomissing since he’s 4 months old. There have been transitions along the way that were difficult, but ultimately we are very happy with the facility, staff, and care he receives. We have been able to communicate with staff regarding concerns and have seen positive changes. The discussions have led to conducive outcomes for both us and them and we are grateful for that. Our son is so happy and well cared for. We truly appreciate the staff assigned to him.
Things seem to have gotten worse there? Yesterday I went to pick up my kid and her dress was on backward. Stuff like that happens all the time lately. It’s like whoever takes care of them in the afternoon doesn’t even care.
It’s a shame because we really liked Lightbridge.
Everything! The staff is so wonderful, the program is amazing, there is no detail that goes unnoticed.
Admin team really takes time to listen to parent concerns, I was feeling frustrated and concerned with my child's progress but after speaking with the administrators, Jaclyn, Caroline and Silvia I was relieved to hear how well he is doing.
My daughter started when she was 2yrs and 9 months, now she’s 4 and a half, she comes home telling me what she learned about at school between what goes on during circle time to all of the fun art activities that the teachers have planned for the day. Her teachers truly care about her and if she is having a rough day they communicate it as soon as possible.
Mainly friendly staff, communication app, early drop off and evening pick up.
More hands on staff and structured classes.
My daughter thrives at this school. She continuously surprises us with how much she is learning and growing. Her teachers are engaged, always planning something fun, and incredibly caring.
Refused to fire a teacher who hit my child. Especially when the parent witnessed it and we just took the teachers word.

We have had 3 children in Lightbridge and couldn’t be happier with our experience. After coming from another daycare, the difference in quality has been HUGE.
The teachers at Lightbridge seem genuinely happy to be there, and it shows in the care they provide. They work well together as a team, the facility is clean, and everyone has been so kind and welcoming. We highly recommend Lightbridge.
A more flexible meal plan option would be great. My child is in full-time (5 days a week). I prefer sending him in with home cooked food, but it’s exhausting for me to have to do every single day, especially since I work full-time and we don’t have a support system of family/friends. It would be amazing if I could opt for like 2 days a week. Since the only option is a meal plan for every day of the week he’s there I’ve ultimately decided to opt out.
Disappointed with Lack of educational focus in the class rooms and high staff turnover.
Disappointed with excess fees not shared upfront on enrollment which include yearly “summer camp fee” etc
Improvement can be made with more structured learning in the classroom with periodic student evaluations to make sure they are on par with learning standards for their age and teacher evaluations to make sure they are meeting the appropriate education requirements for students.
The teachers, they are so kind and caring. They take their time with the kids especially if transitions are tough. I also love the ability to check in on my kiddo throughout the day. It’s definitely helpful for a new anxious mom like myself!
Lightbridge did an amazing job with our child. They took amazing care of them daily. Thank you to the whole staff!
Finding a preschool where your child is loved, encouraged, and genuinely known is priceless, and that's exactly what we've found here.
From the very beginning, the teachers and staff welcomed our family with so much kindness that it never felt like we were just another enrollment. It felt like we became part of an extended family. They celebrate every milestone, notice the little things, and truly take the time to understand each child's unique personality.
As a parent, there's nothing more reassuring than dropping your child off knowing they're surrounded by people who care for them as if they were their own. The communication is wonderful, the teachers are patient and nurturing, and the environment is filled with warmth, learning, and joy.
My son has grown tremendously, not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. He comes home excited to share what he's learned, talks about his teachers with so much love, and walks through the doors each day with a smile.
It takes a special group of people to create a school that feels like a second home, and this preschool has done exactly that. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Lightbridge Academy of Fort Lee community and will always cherish the memories we've made here.

I absolutely love this daycare! The teachers are amazing with my daughter, and it truly shows how much they care. She loves her teachers and is always excited to see them. Staff is friendly, engaging students with fun activities. I feel my child is growing and learning a lot from being there. I also like the communication with parents when there is a concern.
I love the young infant team in Bayonne. Mrs. Saly does amazing with activities and circle time with the babies.
The transparency with the administration and how they know everyone by name. It makes you feel welcome when you enter the building.
Dedicated teachers and welcoming. Willing to work through the challenges of toddlerhood. Very well rounded curriculum with a good balance of structure and play.

We love the staff, they are friendly, helpful and nurturing. We love the secure classroom video monitoring of Watch Me Grow, the Seedlings curriculum is a great learning tool. The center is our home away from home. We love Lightbridge Academy of Elmsford.
Parent and family involvement at the center would make for a great experience for children and families in general. Taking the time and money to also create in house events would make our kids experience more memorable!
