A few more activities for the children to work on more skills, counting, reading, and just their continued improvement.
The children’s nose most times are never wiped and are extremely dry and crusted by the time they are picked up.
I love that everyone there knows my children’s names and greets them during drop off and pick up! It’s something small that really lets me know that they’re spending quality time with quality people.

The management staff of this Lightbridge Center is driven with compassion and true care for kids which is a rare find in the current commercially focussed world! Lightbridge Academy has given our son the right platform to start his learning journey in the outside world. The personal attention to every parent’s concern or needs by the staff is heart winning.
This Lightbridge Academy changed our fear and reservations with a kids learning center due to previous horrible experience with other playschools. It is wonderful to see how thoughtfully planned activities help with the academic, physical and social growth of the kids simultaneously. Wish the academy and this center much success for providing kids a family like learning environment outside of home and thereby giving the biggest relief to parents that they can ask for.
Completely different organization since the school changed ownership.
Getting the maximum profit and cutting cost while meeting the minimum state requirements is now the goal of the school.

We can tell that Lightbridge Academy priority is not to make the most stable environment for the children.
The teachers are very nice and very caring about the kids! They are always keeping you up to date with what your child is doing or learning which I love!
We absolutely love this program. The teachers and staff are truly the heart of the school — they are warm, attentive, and genuinely connected to each child’s unique needs and personality. We’ve always felt that our son is deeply cared for, supported, and understood. The environment is nurturing, structured, and joyful, and we’ve seen him grow so much socially, emotionally, and developmentally because of the incredible team here.
The facility is welcoming, safe, and clean. The teachers and administrators are some of the best women I could have the pleasure of leaving my children with four days a week. Highly recommend.
The teachers and staff here go above and beyond in nurturing our son and are always incredibly kind to us. He has learned so much since starting at LBA less than a year ago, and every day I’m amazed by the new things he knows and understands. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully equipped with age-appropriate toys and cozy spaces for the kids. They’re also excellent about maintaining regular potty breaks throughout the day. I love seeing the adorable photos they share of the children’s activities! I would highly recommend LBA to anyone looking for peace of mind and the reassurance that their little one is safe, supported, and thriving. :)
Have more teachers per classroom
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I feel very fortunate that my child is able to be in such a safe and supportive environment.
Great teachers, program, # of hours open (allows for flexibility), etc.
Overall, the center is maintained well, and classrooms have a great variety of learning and fun activities. The office does a great job keeping parents informed of sicknesses, events, key dates, etc. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Mrs. Rossella is amazing!! She plans a robust curriculum for the kids each week making learning fun. She also spends 1:1 time with the kids, and from the pictures as well as what Dilan tells me, Mrs. Rossella meets Dilan where he is on his learning journey. I sincerely appreciate her and the passion she has for shaping young kids. I also want to shout out Ms Bella and Ms Karen who are doing a great job with the kids in the PM building on what Mrs. Rossella does. They are keeping the kids busy with engaging activities.
I hope there is the consistency in the PM staff to maintain the great progress made thus far!
The staff are truly amazing, especially the staff in mobile infants, Chrisie, Angela, and Ambiance! They make you feel like family, are always smiling, and go out of their way to help and care for the kids.
My child got moved up to the next class after a couple months in his initial classroom. The lead teacher (who was good) left for another class without warning within two weeks of him being moved and there is no lead teacher currently. He’s the youngest and cannot walk yet and cries frequently and we have watched him sit there crying for 40-50 minute stretches on multiple occasions without being attended to or consoled. We brought it up to the administrators last week and hope there will be a change in the inadequate child care he is receiving at Lightbridge.

Caring teachers and staff. Very welcoming. A few recommendations would be to have better and clearer communication. Have earlier communication for events to have more participation and give working families a chance to adjust work schedules. Have a school picture day so parents can have and use as gifts. When have a celebration (ie grandparents day, Mother’s Day , Father’s Day) have a sign up sheet with maybe different times to visit the kids and/or to pull the kids that have visitors to another class area so teacher does not have to entertain those with and without visitors. Send out a monthly calendar of events. Some teachers are gone for the day and when pick them up the afternoon teacher can not give updates on how the day went when asked.
All staff provide impeccable service to the social development and education of students. The communication provided by all staff is wonderful. We know our child is in the best place at Lightbridge Academy.
The teachers and staff are like home for us. They take care of our kids like their own. We always receive constant updates and inputs on our child's progress. We couldn't be happier.
Not enough good staff members.
My daughter loves coming to school and even on the weekends she calling her teachers name and wants to see them. She has learned so much and I hear it on the way home when she doing the days of the weeks or the months. Thank you Lightbridge Academy of Plainsboro for giving my daughter a loving and safe second home.
I want to take a moment to give a very special shoutout to someone who has made such a beautiful impact on my daughter — Miss Rismary. Although she isn’t my daughter’s classroom teacher, she has truly become her “big best friend” at the school. Every single day, my daughter looks forward to seeing her, and she won’t leave without going to say goodbye before we head home. That bond means more than words could ever express.
It’s such a comforting feeling as a parent to know that there are people in your child’s day who genuinely care, who choose to connect and encourage them, even when they don’t have to. That speaks volumes about who Miss Rismary is kind, uplifting, and truly phenomenal. She brings joy into my daughter’s day, and for that, we are beyond grateful.
Lightbridge Academy of Plainsboro continues to be a place filled with warmth, love, and an amazing staff who treat the children like family. We couldn’t be happier to be a part of this childcare circle. Thank you to the entire team — and a special thank you to Miss Rismary for being such a bright light in my daughter’s life. 🤍✨
The directors & the teachers are friendly & responsive. Our daughter has been enrolled since January 2025 and has learned so much in just the last 10 months. She always comes home happy!
I know that my daughters are not only provided with their basic needs, but they are loved and truly cared for, and are learning so much every day. It makes a world of difference being a working mom and trusting that they are in capable hands while not at home.
I like the constant communication with the admins. I like that the teachers love my son and care for him. I love the consistent schedule. I love that he learns sign language and to blow kisses.
Ms. Veenu cares for the children like they are her own. My daughter looks forward to going to school every day. She can’t wait to come home and tell me about all the things she does and the fun she has! Katherine and the office staff love my daughter and makes sure she is taken care of every day! They are truly my support system when I’m traveling for work. I wouldn’t want my daughter to be in any other place.
I love seeing all of my child's teachers interact with her in such a caring way. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I am also impressed by how much she has learned alphabet and number. Thank you for all you do!
All the staff are warm and nice! The extended hours and transparency all make this center a place where I can have peace when I leave my child for work.
Hit or miss depending on the classroom. Daily photos are rare. Maybe once or twice a week on average. Not responsive through messages. To make things right, one photo a day or every other day would be nice as well as responding to messages.
I love the teachers and the programming. I love the long hours and I love that they are very on top of cleanliness. I love the play spaces and I love the proximity to my house. I love that the turn over rate is not high here since my son has a difficult time getting used to new people.
