It had been 4 years since we moved into this house and the first time we've had the carpets professionally cleaned. Chris did a phenomenal job, clearly explained what was needed and why, and a week later the carpets still smell like they've just been cleaned. Already, I recommended Chris to three of my coworkers and friends and I will use this service again in the future.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and walked over the carpet first to make sure there were not stains that could not be treated before starting. They were timely and the carpets look great.

The technician called to let us know he was on his way and arrived at the time stated. He worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets looked great afterwards. The carpets dried so much quicker than other companies we have used in the past. It's a little too soon to tell if the stain spots will return but so far, looking good!
