My service provider, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a deodorizer for our carpets to help with lingering odor from pet accidents. Our carpets look brand new and the whole house smells clean and fresh. There is no weird residue once the carpets were dry, which I did notice with another company we had been using. Overall I am very pleased and will be scheduling with Zerorez for our annual carpet cleaning.

This is the third time I've used Zerorez and I've been more than pleased with the outcome each time. The technicians are professional and efficient and I feel the price is right. The most recent cleaning was on a carpet that was 15 years old and had never been cleaned since installation. I was very pleased with how clean it was after and how quickly it dried. Would definitely use Zerorez again.
