Low residue

Several things. The person I spoke with to make the appointment was very pleasent and took the time to make sure to accomodate my schedule.
I was reminded of the upcoming appointment by email and text and remlnded of prep work on my part.
On the day of the appointment, I was notified when the technician was about 30 minutes out.
The technician, John, couuldn't have been better. He arrived on time, He was pleasent, proffessionall and efficient. The procedure took less time than I expected and the result is better than I had hoped.

All in all, a positive experience from end to end.

I initially reached out to Zerorez as I believed I had a very strong, pungent odor emanating from my newly installed carpet.
I'd previously reached out to the installation company but only received a limited response.
Upon inspection, the technician did notice in a few areas the same odor I'd experienced and made a few suggestions, one which was a concentrated citrus and detergent mix along with other cleaning agents for the initials steps in the process.
As the weather was just starting to get cooler outside I could really leave the windows open as long as I would have liked.
The carpet was dry-to-the-touch by about 8:00 pm that night; the cleaning was completed around 2:30 pm.
The citrus aroma, while a nice change from the off-gassing in the padding, only stuck around about 3 more days.
At this time we're back to where we started, although not as intense.
I imagine it wears off over time.
Yes, I would recommend Zerorez for their very professional, above-and-beyond, carpet cleaning services.

Zerorez simply offers the best rug cleaning service available, period. As the name says, no residue, plus rugs get vibrantly clean and de-odorized, while we have never noticed any degrading effect on the colors. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

You're easy to get hold of. Your assistant is on time. Your assistant explains what he's going to be doing. If we add anything, he let's us know what the extra fees will be. He gets to work right away and does an excellent job. He double checks he didn't miss anything. He has me verify he didn't miss anything.He's been informed how long I've been a client so he makes sure I'm happy with his work. The secretary who handles the phone is very nice and can answer any question. Drying time for the carpet is fast. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
