He was flexible and agreed to do our stairs even though ee hadn’t originally ordered that. All the stains came out and the carpets look like new. They dried fairly quickly. Paying was easy. Very good experience.

It took the carpet a long time to dry. I thought to myself if he had went back over the carpet with just the vacuum on, it would have gotten up much more water causing the carpet to dry faster.
