Very easy to schedule and had a lot of availability to work with my timeline (I was moving out and needed the carpet cleaned by a specific date). The technician was extremely helpful and nice and got me the information that I needed regarding invoicing so that I could provide it to my property management company. I did not need to be at the location for cleaning which I appreciated and the cleaning was quick and a job well done.
