Mostly I like the results! The carpet looks almost new again, even though it's about 17 years old. The employee doing the work, Marshall, was professional and personable. I'd recommend him and his work to anyone. I can hardly believe how good the carpet looks again.

Sam along with his trainee were efficient working in tandem to get carpets cleaned. Got several rooms, 2 flights of steps, area rug, & recliner cleaned in about 2 hours. All looks good!

I am a repeat customer. Each time I am impressed with how great my carpet looks when the job is complete. Nick cleaned today. He was exceptionally diligent and very capable. He took time to ask me to point out any trouble spots and he concentrated on those. I couldn't be happier with his professional manner and his work.
