The response time was so prompt, they came at the beginning of the window of time that was given so I wasn’t left waiting around, the carpet was cleaner than I expected, it dried fast, and the technician was personable and professional. Plus, it was less expensive than the competition I called for price checks! I really have no complaints at all and would use them again!

Zerorez was recommended to me by a professional wood-working shop. Scheduling the cleaning of our sectional and recliner chair was easy. The gentleman who came to clean was on time, professional, polite and clear in his assessment and the charges. He was able to remove some pet stains and I am very happy with the results.
I had issue with several spots that didn't come out the first time through. They came back and resolved the issue with no hassle at all.
