I will only use Luis to service our house! He is fantastic, efficient, thorough and fast. He gets the job done. The Zerorez water is amazing at removing dirt, grime, stains, and leaving zero residue this combined with Luis is the way to go!

It is so amazing to see my 23 year old carpets look new. The pile raised, the pattern revealed, the color consistent with no traffic patterns to show their age and use. And then the bright refresh on newer carpets, as the oils of my old loyal dog are erased. And newness restored.
Completed in little more than an hour and dry in 6 hours. I will be calling Zerorez back next year!
