The carpets are always so much cleaner and fresher. This time my Technician, Stevon Gillis, was so good and worked really hard. He and I did discuss another treatment in the next few months, so I want to be sure and be able to book him at that time.

Flexible and reasonably priced
Professional, courteous and competent technicians and cleaning process rocks! Stains don’t reappear a couple weeks after the cleaning. If there is an area that has soaked/stained the carpet padding, Zerorez can flush that area to clean the stain out of the padding so your spot never reappears months following the cleaning.

The technician was very professional, very efficient and courteous. We enjoyed interacting with him. We have no complaints or suggestions regarding this technician. He was great!
We were frustrated that when we booked the appointment and specified that we needed the service to start at 8:00, we were not informed that Zerorez intended it to mean the appointment would start between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. We had one of our children flying into town that morning and had plans for events after they arrived. We needed the carpets cleaned early, which was why we scheduled the appointment at 8:00 AM. We didn't find out until the reminder email that there was a three-hour window.
