Zerorez did a great job! My 15-year old carpet hadn't been cleaned in two years and it was filthy. The tech offered a deep clean option (additional charge), which I jumped on given the condition of the carpet. When done, it looked nearly brand new. The job took under an hour for two rooms and a hallway. Tech was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using them again.
Customer service was great. I wish I would have wrote this last week when I had my carpets cleaned as I cannot remember the name of the person who came to my house. He did a great job and my carpets looked 1000% better. This will be the company I use going forward for getting my carpets cleaned.

The cleaning of the carpet was Great! The technician was on time and courtesy pleasent! He explained everything and look at a couple of stains that was in the carpet. Explain what he could do. And he went right to the cleaning process. The carpets looks Great and the house smell clean! I’m really impressed with the job! Great Skills and work ethic! Will use Zerorez again!

They are thorough with questions regarding the material of the rugs, carpet, furniture to be cleaned. Realistic about stains and ability to remove them. Cleaning products used have very little to no smell. Employees are experienced and hard working.
I liked that when having our ducts cleaned, the spray option was EPA/ California approved. The service was great, with the online schedule and call/text to confirm.
