Christian was our technician and he did an excellent job, he was professional, answered all my questions and requests. He was transparent about the prices. I will recommend this company, especially if you have chronic diseases (autoimmune) since they don't use harsh chemicals.

I like the feel of the carpet after you have cleaned. It is never crunchy. I like that you use very little chemicals and there is not an odd smell left in my home.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez I had them clean a chair for me. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process before he started. The chair was very heavily stained to say the least. I didn’t expect it to come as clean as it did. But it looks new again. The cost was very reasonable as well.
