I like the fact that they don't use soap and the dirt gets sucked out of the carpet. The technicians always do a great job.

The service tech, Billy, did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet. It had some stains on it from before Christmas. It also had some ham juices on it from Christmas day.

Billy was very accommodating and did an excellent job! I would request him to come, again.

I greatly appreciated realistic expectations for the treatments needed, and the option to choose whether or not to proceed from that point. Excellent communication from start to finish. Nate, who applied the treatment to our carpets was excellent. He explained everything in detail, and worked hard and efficiently in assuring our satisfaction.

The water process gets my older carpets cleaner than other companies I've used in the past and I like the quick-dry process.
