I had sliders under the heavy furniture (sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and end table) and he helped me put them back after he was finished. That was very helpful, and I greatly appreciated it! The carpets dried quickly and they look great! I've used Zerorez before and I appreciate that the carpets always look good after cleaning (never soaked and dry quickly). Thanks Sean and Zerorez!

We are located in Salt Lake City and had Phillip do our carpet cleaning. It was our first time using Zerorez. We had spilled red wine on our carpet and needed a carpet cleaner ASAP. I was able to schedule Zerorez to come out for a cleaning. Phillip was courteous and very professional. He did a wonderful job getting out the stain and cleaning several other rooms that needed cleaning. We will use Zerorez in the future. I highly recommend them.

Our technician Kendall did a great job on our carpets and especially on our sectional. I was surprised that it came out as clean as it did, he worked hard on it until he was satisfied. Great job! He went over all of the options we could choose as well as other services Zerorez offers. Very thorough and thoughtful. Such a nice young man.

Both technicians who picked up and returned my rugs were professional and cordial. The rugs came back looking brighter and smelling fresh. It also took less time than I expected for the cleaning and return of the rugs.
