You were able to come early. He explained the different products he could use. Picked the five year one. Hope it works. The rug looks great. He even took down the smoke alarm that had been beeping for several hours and driving me crazy. I believe his name was Joey. He was very nice. Thank you.
My carpet looks GREAT! An area on the carpet had an old yellowed stain from my dog who liked that spot (she has since passed away ;0( )...I didn't think it would come out, But OMG!...I took their advice on the treatment and it is barely visible...I can hardly even see it! And the rest of the carpet looks amazing! The 2 men who cleaned the carpet did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend ZeroRez. I also use them for my office, which is coming up. Thank you!!

Jacob did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. Very professional and friendly. Zerorez’s equipment and process of cleaning carpets is better than any other company I’ve used over the years. They don’t simply saturate the carpets with water and hope for the best. I have used Zerorez in 2 different states now and always been happy with my service.

The customer service and quick quality work.
The tech - Steven Funderburk was AWESOME. He was on time and extremely courteous. We had a terrible ink stain in the carpet (courtesy of our dog). I thought we would have to replace the carpet. But Steven worked so hard to make sure the stain was gone. I even had the 20 year old carpet in my office cleaned and he made the carpet look fresh again.
I can't say enough about Steven and ZeroRez Atlanta. I highly recommend them for any job - big or small.
