Josh arrived introduced himself and i gave him a walkthru of the rooms i wanted cleaned. We discussed the problem areas and how he would treat the stains. He commenced to pre treating the tough stains and then began cleaning the rooms. He was both courteous and professional as he worked. I was extremely pleased with the Josh and the work he did.

We have used Zerorez a number of times, - the last time this past Spring. We called for another cleaning and it's the best ever - Wyatt did a fantastic job and the carpets and area rug are MUCH cleaner than the last technician's work. We're very pleased!
