The young man who did the work was wonderful! However the person who took my call and did the sheduling did not inform the the man who did the work of what I wanted done. The person who tool my call and scheduled the work did not give me an accurate price. The phone person needs to be retrained. I was not happy when I had to,pay more than previously quoted.

They do a great job cleaning anything. I just had them out for upholstery. The employees did an excellent job and were very accommodating.

I like ZeroRez because the technicians are top notch, the technician I had on Sep 3rd was extremely professional, and extremely conscientious, he did a superior job cleaning tile, carpet and upholstery. the method Zerorez uses leaves no residue to attract dirt again quickly....and that is a big plus with me. My carpet is 30 years old and it looks like new. I have only used ZeroRez for cleaning, This last time, I had a major water leak in the walls with much teardown and rebuild to get me whole again. Needless to say, the house underwent serious construction dirt, but ZeroRez did such a powerful job cleaning...you would never know what this 30 year old home went thru...looks wonderful.
