Our service tech was very courteous and great to work with. We did not leave a tip as a service fee of approximately 25% had already been added to our cost.

Easy to book appointment, carpet was cleaned well, the tech (Jay) was on time and very friendly and informative. I used Stanley Steemers for over 30 years but this is my new carpet cleaning company!
