Steam cleaning that kills bacteria for my fur baby.

ZeroRez got the cat urine smell out of my carpet, however; it was very expensive but it is great that the stink is gone.

Zerorez did a fantastic job. We had our carpets stretched the day before and decided to get them professionally cleaned. We were able to schedule for the next morning and Camron Oaks called us when he was coming, actually about ten minutes early (I love earlier). He showed up, was very professional and friendly. Went right to work. Make our carpets look great and was cleaned up and out in just under an hour - doing 3 rooms a hallway and stairs. So grateful they were able to do it. Camron is an incredible employee.

The tech-Chris called by 11:30 a.m. to say he was on his way. My window was 12-3 . He arrived within 25 mins. He was very professional and so nice and friendly. He went over everything before he even started. When he finished he went over some other info. I have already passed Chris’s name and told my friends to request him. He did such a good job. This is the first time I ever used Zerorez and I will use them again.

Nick was very professional & knowledgeable. My carpets looked brand new after he cleaned our carpets. I loved how my carpets were not soaked in water & were dry so quickly. It looks & smells like I just had brand new carpet installed. Thank you 😊
