The fact that the tech you sent treated the job like it was his own home, knowing what the outcome should be, initiating proper airflow out of the duct. His attention to detail was eye catching, removing years upon years of dryer lint and dust from the system was beyond astounding. Properly reconnecting my new dryer to the duct was icing on the cake. He took his time and did the job right the first time.

I will say I was reluctant to respond because later that same day, I was watching, "the Masked Singer" on TV. Everyone in my "thread" received a weird message with Zerorez. It was like you guys were listening to my conversation over my phone. Very scary to me.

I am getting my parents' house ready to sell and they used Zerorez before, so I used them again. Their technician, Marino, was prompt and professional. He looked the carpet over and commented on how he felt the results would look. Then he set to working on the 5 rooms. The carpet turned out better than I thought an 18-year-old carpet could! I am VERY happy with the results and will recommend Zerorez again as well as use it in my house.

Great company. Our carpets look amazing. We have used Zerorez 1 - 2 times per year due to our big lab that sheds. The carpet claw pulls so much hair out even though we vacuum regularly. Our carpets still look new even after 10 years and I believe it’s because of the process that Zerorez uses. Highly recommend this company.

Recently had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Impressed by their followup as to date and time of arrival. The tech showed up on the earlier side of his time line, which worked great for me. Was careful laying out corner wall protectors. It took an hour and when he was done the carpets looked new. Drying time on my thicker carpet took an extra day, but it wasn't a problem. The tech was friendly and professional. I will be using Zerorez again.
