I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez Des Moines. The scheduling process online was simple. I received a confirmation text a few days prior, and then a call from the team the day of the cleaning. Angel arrived on time, and did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my many questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to carpet and upholstery cleaning. Not only was Angel a professional and an expert, he was also exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful and reassuring. I watched him work in passing and it was astounding how thorough he was. He went above and beyond when I asked to add on a service last minute. He worked with me to make it happen. It was something he certainly did not have to do, and I am so grateful for his flexibility. 10/10 would recommend Angel from Zerorez Des Moines to anyone who wants a job well done!

The carpet cleaned very well with the solutions Eric used. He even got some spots out that a previous cleaner couldn’t get out. My carpet is 33yrs old and other than the small traffic pattern it looks new. Eric was impressed but it was good quality carpet when we installed it. Everything there wasn’t one thing that I can say negative about my experience and Don. The technician was so incredible with the work he’s done. We’ve looked here for five years and have six pets over a different variety and our bedroom carpet looked like a mess and he literally made it look brand new. I was so impressed with everything he done all of his hard work and he was so nice to explain everything in the process and recommended products that would help suit my need I couldn’t recommend zero rez more. They did such a great job so thank you so much.

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning! It took 1 hour for the three rooms and stairs. Jake was professional and explained everything before starting the job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
