The carpets look great. He could not get out spots I was hoping for; however, I knew it might be that way. I am so happy I had them come and clean my carpets.
Zerorez left no lingering chemical smell or artificial perfume. The use of snap-off styrofoam blocks under the metal feet of our furniture was a smart touch, perfectly keeping the legs lifted off the freshly cleaned carpet while it dried.

The carpets were cleaned with excellent service, except the red color stain in an upstairs bedroom. I would think that your cleaning products would at least lighten the stain not spread it.

i appreciate the Zerorez technicians. They are always well trained, very conscientious and very professional. Brandon did an outstanding job with my carpet, the best I have ever had. My house smelled so very fresh and clean. I wouldn't use anyone else.
