Caster was here on time. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. When finished he asked if I was satisfied. Carpets looked very cleaned.
I also want to commend Caster for the mature way he handle a cranky neighbor who complained about the noise coming from the service truck. He patiently listened to her complaints as well as listening to her calling him names. I stepped out of the house after hearing her yelling and she immediatley left. Nothing Caster did wrong. This neighbor is always complaining about something or someone. So Caster gets high marks for his maturity.

The price I paid was good for the services I received. Scheduling and paying were extremely simple to achieve.
I reduced my rating from a 10 to a 9 because your company did not provide any booties for me to wear if I need to walk on the carpets and they were still wet. I understand your company no longer provides booties as a cost savings measure and I can appreciate that. However, booties weren't available even if I were willing to pay for them. I feel that this is poor customer service and all my needs were not met.

I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and after hearing great things about zerorez, I decided to give them a try. I was blown away with the difference! They cleaned an upholstered chair and it looked brand new! Our carpets are spotless and feel soft again, instead of crunchy like they’ve been after other cleanings. The technicians were thorough and friendly. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
