People are surprised when they hear I dog sit in my home because they usually can’t tell by the smell alone, but the furry friends do make messes and there were plenty of stains and spots to clean up. Not only did they all disappear after ZeroRez, but the house was left smelling even better than before. People gave comments on how great the house smelled. My mom especially has very sensitive nose and she proclaimed it smelled nice and clean afterward. Definitely would use again. 9/10 only because dry time was a little bit longer than expected, even with our own fans going. It’s been one week and it still looks great.

I am very impressed with the fact that you not only gave a fair price over the phone, but also stuck to it once at my home. Your team showed up on time for the job and both Mark and Shawn (I think) were very kind, courteous, respectful and clearly cared about my well-being and doing an excellent job. I was VERY happy with the way they worked. I will recommend your company to everyone I can. I can do so and be confident that those I recommend you to will also get excellent and competent service. I had already been taken badly due to the emergency situation I was in after a long term gas leak from our old furnace that has permanently damaged my lungs and sinuses. Your company was a breath of fresh air from the person I spoke to first in the office to the guys that showed up to do the job. My furnace ended up doing odd things and quit working after the service (however, we don't know what caused it); but even with that, we got good customer service around that as well when we called in to ask for advice while waiting on hvac company who installed it. Your company was very concerned about our well-being and tried to help figure it out even offering to come the next day. It is almost impossible to find businesses out there these days that care at all about customer service. It is wonderful to find your company that truly does care about customers and serving them. I will highly recommend your company to everyone I can. I will be a customer for life.

Although the price for cleaning the furniture was higher than expected, the service tech did a terrific job with the cleaning. He very carefully cleaned every inch of each piece. The result was great.

They actually deep clean the carpet which keeps the carpet maintained and soft. It dries quicker than other companies. Been using Zerorez for over 10 years now.
