There. Was a $25 unexplainef fee or service fee that was charged on my bill that I spoke to a ZeroRes rep. Before the appointment. They provided a $25 subtraction on my bill to go ahead with the service and I agreed but i was stil charged a $25 "service fee". The reason I called ZeroRes was for the deal for $129 buy 3 rooms get one free.... Not $154. Plus taxes and Tip I also paid for. ZeroRes should advetise a $154 special...buy three room get 1
Free not $129. I also live in a small condo with small rooms and in my bedroom i didnt want to remove the bed so only had extremly small area to be cleaned. Thank You.

This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning company. I called Zerorez because of the video I seen on line describing how they clean carpets. I was pleased with the quality and knowledge of the representative Jiovanni. He was helpful and explained what he'd be doing and made me comfortable. Thank you so much. I hope to not need any more carpet cleaning well at least for a while. If so, I'll be calling back.
