I have used Zerorez for well over 20 years in 3 different states and am a dedicated customer because their products are completely safe for humans and animals and my carpets always look beautiful afterward. Using no strong harmful chemicals and leaving no residue is extremely important to us.
A young man named Tyler J. was our technician this time and we were so very pleased with him. He was so kind, considerate (we're an elderly handicapped couple), and he is an absolute professional who takes obvious pride in his work. It shows in in the wonderful job he did on our home. Our old, dirty carpets have honestly never looked so good. It was absolutely our pleasure to meet him and we couldn't be happier with the result he achieved for us.

After getting shampooed, my carpet felt very clean, and fluffy. They don’t use detergent so there is no sticky residue on the carpet but their technique gets all the stains out so well!

I was especially impressed with how long it took to throughly clean my carpets as I had a hallway, a loft area, a bedroom an empty bedroom, a hall way and steps and it was done within an hour. The technicians were very knowledgeable about the process and provided before and after feedback. I was a little disappointed that several steps were still damp the next morning but overall I definitely will refer and call on Zerorez again.
No chemical smell. Carpet is soft after drying.
