Jaylin, our technician was great. We did a walk through before he started. He asked if we had problem areas or stains. He set realistic expectations, which I like. We had a deep rust stain which he said wouldn't come out, and we didn't expect to. Knowing what can and can't be done is such a great policy.
Our area rugs and our carpets all look wonderful. That is saying something since the carpets are 35 years old.
We have used Zerorez before and will again. I will always recommend to friends and family.

The technician we had this time was outstanding. I inquired about having our dryer duct cleaned (not originally part of the service I requested). He went outside to visually inspect the vent and offerred to go back to the office to get the equipment to do the service when I said I definitely need to do this! This didnt cut into the time he spent on the other services. Our carpet, sofa and chairs look amazing. Side note: he was so nice to our dog which decreased my stress level significantly.

I was able to call and get appointment the same day. The technician (Ali) was very professional and took time to explain his work and share what happens with staining from dog urine. I selected the deodorizer add on and very pleased with results.
