Only complaint is pricing for my 1 small room and 2 small hallways. I get scotch guard because of the heavy traffic in the hall areas. Almost $200- I can’t do it as often as I should with that pricing. It does look great afterwards !

My carpet is very old. After Zerorez cleans it, it looks new.

The service itself is always great—my carpets look fantastic every time. My only frustration is the pricing. The advertised special is $149 for three rooms, but the final bill came to $173 after adding “service fees” for the technician. Obviously a technician is required to do the cleaning, so that extra fee feels misleading. I’d really prefer upfront, all-in pricing so customers know exactly what they’ll actually pay.

It gets my carpets clean and dries overnight. The technician (Sheldon) was courteous and professional.
