We love ZeroRez! The technicians are great and always so friendly. Only complaint- the last few times we've had you guys out, I've had to call and request for a follow up appointment due to dirty water lines being left throughout the house. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything has been wonderful.

You were recommended by a friend. We were happy with the results. We moved all the little furniture so more rug area could be shampooed. It was a tough job but the Zerro Res employee did a good job. The job was started late so we were not able to walk on it till Midnight.

Time management, skill, and attention to detail are quite evident. Danny, who calls to notify of changes, I thought was the owner because of his caring responses. Turns out he is not, but you think he was. That is impressive. Mason & Ronnie are amazing technicians and friendly too.
