Healthier option for carpet cleaning. Equipment has strong suction that gets out so much water that the carpet is dry after a short amount of time. Gets stains out.

Needed a fast turnaround for a rental, got on the calendar quickly. Despite a three hour window, actually came early and they weee SO SO kind. Great customer service, just goes a long way. Carpets and tile were cleaned and they dried fast too. It just felt so much better. Would not hesitate to use them again, and interested in their other services as well. Thank you!

Alex was was polite, professional and friendly. He communicated clearly to make sure we were both on the same page on what needed to be done with our carpeting. We had some bad pet stains and he went over the area twice and we discussed the results together so I could decide how we should proceed. I appreciated the honesty and the final invoice was what I anticipated. No unexpected charges. I sure hope Zerorez compensates an employee like Alex to make a solid living. He seemed to sincerely enjoy his job.
