I was not able to be at the house when the carpet cleaner arrived, and left me teen daughter in charge. I was so pleased to come home and she commented on how easy-going the tech was, how the coordinated to move some of the furniture together, and how quick they were done. The carpets dried in a day, no smell, no residue (from what I can tell so far) and it the service was a fair price. I'm very pleased.
