They spoke to me about the products on my floors ( Rugs, Vinyl Tile, fake hardwoods) and gave me information on how to keep them looking great and extending their lives. Kyle was on time and completed the needed work quickly and efficiently. Carpets look great. And they are soft after drying; not crusty like other companies.

The technician was very professional and courteous, and took time to pre-treat soiled spots well before cleaning the entire area. I had another company clean my carpets last year, and soon afterwards, the stains popped back up. So far, the carpet cleaned by Zerorez still looks like new!

Floors came out amazing

Far better results than any other carpet cleaner I’ve ever used and I have used all of the major and not so major carpet cleaning companies over the years. Zero Rez personnel are fast and friendly the carpets dry quickly and look great when they are done. Prices are on par with other brands. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended Zero Rez.
