Gunther was very pleasant and professional when he came to my home. He used all the apparatuses to protect my floors and wall corners - and even propped up the furniture on blocks to get the edges more cleaned. As a returning customer, it was a no brainer to use Zerorez 3 years later. I am very happy with the results and Gunther was great throughout the whole process. I will use Zerorez in the future and will refer the company when someone asks me who I used.

We had our air ducts cleaned out, and we have a troublesome situation with the furnace being under our crawl space. I had mentioned that when I signed up for the service, but when the guys showed up to do it, they said they don't really do crawl spaces and would have to call their manager. They did and they said they had to charge me extra; I was not very happy with this, but I did some research on your website and it does say they can change the price at the location, which I was not aware of. I told the guys to go ahead and do it and they still were trying to get me some money off, which they did a tiny bit, but it's better than nothing. they were good kids (believe their names were Tristan and La'Von) but not 100% sure. They told me everything they were doing, showed me videos and we chatted about a bunch of stuff. It took a long time (nearly 4 hours) but they worked really hard and went the extra mile and I appreciate that. They do your company proud representing it.

We love the how each person that comes from Zerorez is very friendly and takes the time to ask questions to ensure they know what you're really looking for in the cleaning process. They work quickly and give suggestions on options to protect carpeting and ways to keep carpet clean without having to use other cleaning supplies but by basically using water and sometimes vinegar. They take their time to make sure every part of the carpet is as clean as possible and even use extra spot cleaning treatment, when necessary. They remain focused and get the job done efficiently, yet quickly.
